💼 Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist —Las Vegas, NV (Remote-Friendly)

Riskit Design is an e-commerce and content creation brand looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to join our growing team! This is a part-time, ongoing role working closely with our CPA. The ideal person is organized, easy to communicate with, and has a gift for making numbers feel less intimidating. Someone who takes pride in bringing clarity to complexity, can easily manage the unique demands of a creative business, and shows up proactive, reliable, and genuinely excited to be part of the team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliation

• Managing chart of accounts (QuickBooks or similar)

• Running payroll for a small team (Gusto or similar)

• Quarterly payroll tax filings

• Tracking multi-stream revenue (product sales, wholesale, brand deals, client work)

• Inventory and COGS tracking

• Presenting requested account summaries

• Collaborating with our CPA at tax time

You're a great fit if you:

• Have experience with e-commerce businesses (Squarespace, Shopify)

• Are comfortable with creator/influencer income streams

• Have run payroll for small businesses before

• Are proactive — you flag issues before they become problems

• Communicate clearly and promptly

• Are comfortable working remotely and independently

• Love making numbers less scary and easy to understand :)

Compensation: This is a part-time contract role. Applicants will be required to include their pricing rate in the application below.
